Contemplative practice nonprofit and retreat center founded in 2003. Reporting to the Managing Director. Overseeing the Digital Media Producer. Responsible for developing org-wide communications strategy and managing all marketing and promotional activities related to programming, thought leadership, events, and special project initiatives. Conducted an online profile reclamation, reinstated access to brand guidelines, and rebuilt communications and marketing department workflows, including website, email, and social media engagement data collection.

Communications Manager | January 2019–October 2024
Architecture and design nonprofit founded in 1881. Reporting to the Executive Director. Overseeing the Editorial Associate and seasonal interns. Responsibilities included devising and deploying org-wide communications strategy and planning, managing all communications-related tasks for the League and its online publication, Urban Omnibus. Duties included press relations and outreach, website maintenance and content management, social media, special project management, metrics/data analytics, and digital and print material production. Worked closely with the digital features editor, public programs and development staff, website developers, Athletics, and graphic design partner, Pentagram.

Communications and Marketing Coordinator | April 2018–December 2018
New York City-based design, citymaking, and architecture nonprofit organization founded in 1884. Provided communications support across public programs, competitions, and research departments, including copywriting and execution of all internal and external printed materials, as well as management of online presence, including all social media, digital outreach, and digital media. Member of the VAI Branding Committee with key board members and the communications director.
